Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) was founded in the year 2001 is a private institute that is self-financed. The institute was established by Shri Ram Educational Trust. Greater Noida Institute of Technology is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), and the Ministry of Human Recourse and Development (MHRD).
